FROMMER'S TRAVEL GUIDE -ALGONQUIN PROVINCIAL PARK 2004 rates lakefront Woodland Springs B&B, a 2 star out of a possible 3, as "the B&B ideal filled with comfortable couches and curious antiques with a Mennonite family Bible with a 1799 entry. Olde Muskoka Charm is everywhere. Guests can breakfast on a screened in gazebo over looking Peninsula Lake, relax in a hammock by the water, read on the porch, or just snuggle up in front of the pink granite fireplace. Comfort and charm aside, there is even a more compelling reason to stay with the Musselmans: the breakfasts include some original recipes like 'egg in a nest ' - a perfectly executed cheese soufflé with yolk suspended in the center and Mennonite maple glazed smoked ham nuggets." Lighter fare includes an abundance of fresh fruit dishes, crepes and other tasty schnitzel bits.

Dear Gaye and George, from Wayne and Kathi -Oshawa
We skied at beautiful Arrowhead Park,
And were entertained at Deerhurst when it got dark,
Shopping in Downtown Huntsville is such a treat.
We discovered West Side Fish and Chips is a good place to eat
We visited with friends some old and some new
But as we reflect on our terrific stay
We realized nothing compared to breakfast made by Gaye !
