Cancellation Policy for B&B Room Night[s]

Cancellation anytime is subject to a $ 20.00 administration fee for each room reserved.
Cancellations must be by telephone.
E-mail cancellations will not be accepted.

the formal policy of the
Muskoka Bed and Breakfast Association

Deposit is required ,in the form of a credit card or personal cheque.
Value of deposit is 1 night rate for a single night reservation,
or 50% of total account for a multiple night reservation.
Cancellation with less than 2 days notice [48 hours], in advance of intended arrival :
*No charge ,if able to fill vacancy for room nights .
*If unable to fill vacancy,
1 night rate for a single night reservation,
or 50 % of total account for a multiple night reservation.
Last minute cancellation or "no show"rate:
*1 night rate for single night reservation
*50% of total account for a multiple night reservation.
